"The room itself was nice and clean but the air conditioning didn’t work. We were moved to a new room only to find out the air conditioner didn’t work in the new room either. If you’re moving someone due to broken A/C maybe make sure the A/C works in the new room. It seems the staff would have offered to help us move a 3rd time. By then we were too tired to drag our stuff to a 3rd location. We shouldn’t have been charged for that night. It was 95 degrees outside and at least that in the...
