"The staff at Best Western Bloomington were super helpful, kind, and accomodating. Facilities were clean and well-maintained. My daughter and I felt safe and at home during our 4 day stay onsite."

"Pretty nice property...kind of gitchy as it is old/new. Modern amenities, but with an old world feeling. Priced right with a really nice pool/hot tub and exercise room. The sauna was being upgraded - so no go for our stay. Stay here for a bit of an old world/Euro experience. We'll be back."

"I would have given the staff a 5 star, but upon arrival I waited for about 5-7 minutes while the desk receptionist carried on a personal conversation….not even an acknowledgement saying I’ll be right with you. The hotel itself was clean, felt new and my room was wonderful. I do think this hotel needs to include breakfast in the price of the room and not a separate charge especially since it’s not a breakfast to order and has standard fare of what other hotels serve. "
