The hotel is clean, but the property feels worn and outdated, and has a lingering musty odor. It comes across as surface-level upkeep in need of a renovation. Good for 1 night or 2.

Our experience was made so great by “Cindy”, the customer service was phenomenal. Upon checking in to our room, we found that our TV wasn’t working and she immediately upgraded us to another room -which was a lot bigger! It was very clean and secure. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast was delicious! We’ll definitely stay here again while visiting our daughter at school👍

I would say it was adequate. My room was pretty clean but not immaculate. The fitness center was pretty depressing and dirty. It's a dated property, and I know not every hotel can be a luxury resort but it's so expensive to stay in Bloomington now that I feel like they could put a little money into freshening it up.

Booked in part because of the pool. It didn't mention in the property description that it was an outdoor pool, and not open on March 2nd. Signed up and paid for the complimentary breakfast for both mornings of our stay. They failed to mention that the kitchen isn't open for business on Mondays. My ratings are on the generous side

Expected more. Room floor was badly stained. For almost $300/night I think asking for a clean room isn't asking for anything over and above. Just disappointed in the overal condition of the property.

Cindy is everything!! Her hospitality and warm nature over the phone and I didn't even want to call anywhere else! I hugged her when I saw her! Micheal and Jeff were accommodating as well!
