「Traveled late at night. Paid 500.00 on my credit card for 22nd December tru December 28. Spent 2 hours looking for pet friendly hotel. After traveling til 11:30 at night to get to my paid for room. I WAS TOLD NO CAT!. .the older woman running hotel was rude and told me to go elsware with my cat. I am a 59 year old single woman who spent my birthday..December 23 sleeing in my car at a truck stop in the middle of snowstorm.. not a very pleasurable experience. Would not recommend. False...

「This is our third visit to the carriage house and we love staying here. We come every december to spend an early Christmas with family. We wouldnt stay anywhere elsr. This past weekend though, The Diamond All Stars Cafe was not open and the other place associated with the carriage house doesnt sell breakfast so we were on our own both saturday and sunday for breakfast. 」

「Expedia description misleading of the apartment. Ad said”4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. It is a 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Had to disinvite 1 person. This was really awful for me, since they were already on their way. Yes it sleeps 4, but a queen bed and a queen pullout. As Seniors, this just doesn’t work. I feel I deserve a partial refund from Expedia.」
