They told me « sorry, call Expedia for support » Scandalous situation when all city is fully booked for the exhibition. "As a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children 4+7) we spent 5 days here whilst enjoying the sights of Bremen. We had a maisonettes apartment but there are different types. It was well equipped, fabulous bed, cooker, fridge, kettle, coffee machine. Towels provided which was a huge help. Functional shower and toilet room. The lounge area is tiny and tv had no English channels, but we managed and watched a bit through the IPad. Location is about 15 mins from the town hall and main shops restaurants etc....

Would absolutely give highest score possible - if it wasn’t for the bed which is uncomfortably hard (the top madras is missing). And the bed is a very important part of the whole picture.."

"We had room #12, which was actually room #11 and room #12 combined. It served our family of 4 well. There’s no conventional front desk, you go to another property a short walk away to register and get your key. The rooms were clean, and large. There is no lift so be aware that you’ll have to walk up narrow flights of stairs. We’re middle-aged and had no problems climbing to the top floor with our luggage. "Great location for airport! Challenging parking as the parking lot was always full. Needed to find street parking. Thankful that the reception told us about the parking permit that allowed us a little time at no cost. Something the rental car agency should have told us. If flying in/out of Bremen, I would definitely stay again! "
