The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped. Strand Palace Hotel
The staff personnel were great. The staff helped us obtain early accommodations before check-in time and with directions for buses avoiding the Underground strike. Hotel was wonderful, rooms dark for sleeping and the mattress very comfortable. Extremely recommend the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very large and comfortable beds with lovely big TV. Amazing shower and also a big bath. Vertus Edit Canary Wharf
Hotel was nice, staff were ok. Room was clean and tidy. I had an issue and it took a while to fix. Downside no A/C so had to sleep with the window open which was noisy.
