We have stayed here before. Clean room. Free self serve breakfast, cooking facilities. Very close to ferry terminals, waterfront, shops and cafes. Would recommend

The location is stunning, we had a room looking over the harbour. Room was clean, spacious, good bed, dark curtains, lift available to get upstairs with luggage. Second night much improved after first night which was disturbed and noisy - people swearing and yelling, cars moving and doors slamming, loud music. Hot tub non existent.
