「While I truly wanted to enjoy my stay here, it was not possible. First the positives: the property is beautiful, the restaurant serves excellent food and wine, and the staff were truly helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms suffer from water damage and ventilation challenges and have a musty smell. I hope that the property can address this issue in the future. Overall, I highly recommend the restaurant but not the hotel.」

However, if you have a pool, people will use it; if they use it, you need to have staff who can make sure it's clean and that there are enough towels. If you offer water, make sure the jug is full. 「My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back. 」
