"I did not have breakfast so can not comment on that, I can however say that the staff (especially Antoine and the gentlemen that picked me up after taking my car to park and when I landed in Buffalo on 3/30 was so kind and very friendly (I wish I had gotten his name but I do know that he loved to fish) all of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel rather flying out of Buffalo or vacationing in Buffalo a great place to stay. "

"Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great."

"Everything was as expected except our room did not have heat in a deluxe room. They had to bring us a space heater but it dropped to the 40s/50s at night since we couldn't run the space heater all night. "

"Great location. Hotel is in decent condition. Rooms slightly worn. Paperthin walls where everything is heard. Hockey Tournament took over lobby with people and tables of food when they have conference rooms. No room left for other guests. "
