「There was a power outage in San Marcos which delayed our check in. When we finally got checked in we had to move rooms from an upper floor to a lower floor because the elevators were not working. I was quite surprised that the hotel did not have a back up generator. The new room we were in there was body hair throughout the restroom and a potato chip underneath the bed. Luckily this was a one night stay for us.」

「Check in was 3pm we werent able to get our room till 4:30pm. We called for more towels and front desk told us no we had to go downstairs to get them because they only had 1 person at the desk.」

「The property was clean and everything was relatively new. Late night self check in was easy and quick. The only issue I had was the television had intermittent reception issues with the cable broadcast.」

「The lady at the front desk was very positive, with good energy. The room itself wasn’t bad. But the bathroom had a plunger in the corner. The carpet had a sticky feel to it. I wore sandals to avoid my feet touching the carpet.」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel....

「This motel was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The room was a nonsmokers and it smelled like smoke. The pillows has a awful smell to them and they were all stained, I did not undo the bed because I was already disgusted. The towels,omg... the were dingy, and stained. And to top off the night. Me and my daughter were having our dinner when the roaches started to run on the wall. That was the cherry on the cake.」

「upon arrival i got a cup of coffee from the coffee station and i told the desk clerk that the coffee was cold. He responded that was done many hours ago and that i could warm it up in my room inn the microwave oven!!!!! the irony is that my room had the microwave oven missing hahaha! in the morning i got in the shower to realize that the shampoo and the body soap bottles were empty!!!! there was conditioner in the third bottle. on check out i told the clerk, he did not even bother to look...
