「A very comfortable experience with very nice service, and clean rooms all around. We requested for a sofa bed in the room but it wasn’t made at the time of arrival; fortunately the staff quickly made one for us.」

「This hotel is one of the Old English Inns. Very vintage style, clean, and comfort. If you want to try some typical English countryside, it is. The location may not suit for those don't drive.」

「A wonderful gem in a stunning location. The pub is great, the accommodation comfortable and good value. The food we had was lovely from a menu with good variety. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy to recommend 」

「Arrived around 6.30pm and knew exactly what room I was in, how to get to it etc. Room was lovely and cosy - loved the beams and old features! Slept like a log and the shower was fantastic - a proper power shower! Breakfast was great and overall one of the best i've stayed in. Will be back again! 」

「Nice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments we’ve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, there’s no lift. Room was ok, though a ‘standard’ double, not a queen / king. There’s no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. 」

「The Hotel does need renovation to compete with newly build hotel chain. The room size is descend, but the furniture is old and has many scratch. If can do some renovation, I am sure can bring back many more customers.」
