「Staffs are Very nice」

「We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms.」

「Building was very clean and organised, staff very friendly and welcoming. It was a very warm day and the only fan we had was broken, and no other fans to be used, (a minor issue) but only thing that stopped 5 stars :(」

「The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

「We had a wonderful time at the Old Church Farm. The grounds are very green and peaceful. Very comfortable beds and great hosts! A gem in the area. Do not skip on the breakfast! a fantastic experience」

「Friendly & efficient checking in staff. Bright large room. Big comfy bed Great sound insulation Only negative was the shower wasn’t very powerful or hot. The shower screen leaked all over the bathroom floor.」

「A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). 」

「La struttura sembra un po' abbandonata a sè stessa ma, in realtà è un trasandato "voluto", girando per Bristol vi renderete conto che questa caratteristica fa parte un po' della città. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato una serie di problematiche nell'albergo: - lenzuola sporche, sia appena entrato in stanza, sia la sera, dopo che avevo richiesto un cambio delle lenzuola; - asciugamani sporchi; -adattatore della presa elettrica non funzionante; - la finestra non si apriva e non poteva esservi ricircolo...

「Easy location to find. We had the two bedroom apartment and it was clean, warm and comfortable. Breakfast items provided and we had a lovely outlook onto a field with animals. Will stay again and recommend to our friends and family.」

「A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. 」

「Absolutely lovely place - bedroom was great - clean and had everything you would need at an amazing price. Cannot complain about the room at all. Only had a little niggle with the food as one of our meals wasn’t great but the other fine! Staff were lovely but busy.」
