「Our stay with Morag and David was phenomenal. The room was so cozy and we woke up to wonderful homemade breakfast everyday. It was located close to the ski resort with was also convenient! We had the perfect Scottish countryside ski weekend! 」

「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
