Mi expectativa era tan alta que me llevo una decepción enorme. Todo por culpa de los servicios y personal en recepción. Cero consideración, llegamos a las 14.45hs con mi esposa embarazada y mi hijo de 5 años, con 36° de calor en Villa Gral Belgrano, y por políticas del hotel, el Check-in se hace a las 15hs en punto, por ende, no tuvieron ni media consideración para dejarnos entrar y refrescarnos. Te cobran todos los elementos para jugar, pelota, paletas ,etc . Uno viene de vacaciones a un lugar pagando fortuna, y además tenes que traer tus propios accesorios para hacer uso de los espacios deportivos. En el baño hay olor a cloaca en una de las duchas. Te cobran caro un desayuno de planificación seca, criollos o facturas y 1 infusión. El piso de la pileta es resbaladizo, se cayeron 3 personas y por suerte no pasó nada grave. El espacio es apto para familia pero no volvería por todos estos servicios extras que te cobran cuando ya debería estar incluidos en los precios que te cobran. Espero que les sirva a los demas

La propiedad con cero mantenimiento. Y expedia ustedes son unos estafadores. Me cobraron percepciones por un servicio en pesos y en territorio argentino. No los recomiendo para nada a ustedes

Todo bien el hotel, lo unico la aplicacion hotels.com eran 612 dolares la estadia, y decia reglon seguido vas a pagar en pesos 98.000...lo que no aclaro es que los impuestos van por fuera de los 612 dolares

En general está todo muy bien. Salvo las piletas ,aguas turbias y muy pequeñas para la cantidad de huéspedes. Una de ellas con bordes muy resbaladizos. Una nena se accidentó en mi presencia. Punto muy negativo.
