「The staff is the best part of this place. The room was nice, comfortable and clean, not overly larger but nicely appointed. But the desk clerk at check-in went out of her way to put us in a quiet spot and then gave us recommendations for dinner. Housekeeping cheerfully supplied extra pillows and a blanket. 「The staff upon check in was nice but the reservation didn’t allow for the Hilton check in app (digital key) as my email indicated, so the extra time at a late night check in was inconvenient. The room itself had a smell to it as you can tell it’s “pet friendly” and the rug seemed wet (maybe they were shampooed?). One girl who was there when we checked in and was the only person who kept the service from being poor.
