I am disgusted at the condition of the apartment we rented off you on the .. until the … and expect a full refund : You should have a welcome pack with the instructions in for the cooker ect : We were told by yourself that the apartment was suitable for 9 people but there was only 2 x 2 seater armchair and 4 dining chairs There was not enough quilts so we our family member had our coats over him and we had to buy a quilt the next morning for the pull out bed . :All! The cutlery was greasy as were the glasses. I do not go on holiday to have to clean anything I want to use! :The floors upstairs were very dirty. I told the children and my mother to make sure they put their shoes on to walk around up there as their feet were black after walking on the bedroom floor for a short time. :There was only one wardrobe upstairs and no bedside cabinets for phones and glasses ect . We had to leave our clothes in our suitcases . There was only one pillow and one cushion on each bed and no pillow for the pull out bed . . Worst of all was the bathroom. We could not work out what the smell was at first, it was an extremely dirty toilet brush
