"Placed just a couple of hundred yards from Picadilly Station its easy to find and well placed for central Manchester. We arrived early but no problem our room was ready, the room was on the first floor and the sound insulation was first-class you could see trains at the station but couldn't hear them. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean with just slight signs of wear and tare. The staff we encountered were professional, efficient and pleasant so all in all a great stay. Didn't eat in so can't comment on the food but what we saw looked good."

"Welcomed by a lovely friendly receptionist, room nice and spacious with huge windows offering fabulous views to Manchester Cathedral and beyond. Nice bathroom, really (really) comfy bed and pillows. Good functional TV and chalk board (to leave nice messages to the housekeepers). Breakfast nice and fresh. Great location for everything you may want to see/do in the city centre. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"The hotel staff were great. The receptionist was so welcoming 🙂. The shops were a walk and a tram journey but only one stop on the tram. St Peter's Square ⬛ is lovely a five minute walk away. Bed was very comfortable."

"Lots of shops near and close to arndale centre. Room was overall clean but one of the towels was stained. The air con in the room was loud and kept me up even when I turned it off, there was a leak in the ceiling and the sound of water dripping from the ceiling onto the carpet also woke me up at 3am. Staff were polite but I had to wait atleast 5 minutes to speak to someone every time I went to reception and there was no answer to the call I made from my room. WiFi was consistently weak but strong enough to access internet. "
