「This hotel is in an excellent position to the town. The staff were efficient and friendly and the breakfast was the best we've had in a hotel for a long time. Unfortunately the hotel is is need of an update. We had the first room (51) on the ground floor. This backed onto a courtyard outside the kitchen. It was noisy and there was a "hume" from some kind of machinery that kept kicking in. The heating was not on in the evening, despite it being only 2 degrees outside. For the sake of...

「Excellent stay of two nights. A good countryside location but within easy distance of Fakenham, Wells, Hunstanton and Thursford. The room was very cosy well appointed very comfortable bed, clean bathroom nice bath and shower. Breakfast was very good and well cooked had the full english one day and eggs benedict that was great. Eloise was very friendly and attentive. Had a great stay.」
