「 The room smells cigarette 」

「Lady at the desk on was dismissive and rude when we booked 2 nights separately our keys from first night didn’t work when we returned. Went to the front desk and we explained that the cards didn’t work and she made us new ones ( interrupting her..) and then we asked had our stuff been removed …he shrugged us off… wow!! Then needed a fork later that night and its was as if we were interrupting her and her UV nail light… LOVED the GENTLEMAN the night before he was great!」

「The only issue was at breakfast. No juice available the machine was out of order. Otherwise everything was fine for the price level. 」

「The breakfast has very little to offer. There was no fruit, only 1 kind of roll, and just strawberry yogurt. 」

「Hotel left guests stranded in their parking lot for 2-3 days after a snowstorm while other businesses cleared their lots the day after the storm. I have no doubt vehicles were damaged from struggling to get out - Mine was. For those visitors from years past, this is no longer the place it once was. When it first opened, it was fantastic. Not that now. Can apply anyware but be aware of your room privacy when traveling. Especially with internet connected TVs. When in doubt, unplug it. 」

「The room was nice despite the stank bugs」

「We appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didn’t drain well, but I’ve stayed at worse places. 」

「The pool was outstanding plus the hot tubs. There are so many activities to do outside. The kids stayed very busy. Room was super clean and everything you needed. Everyone was polite. I had an accident at breakfast with the pancake waffle maker. The lady from the front desk came and helped me. She was amazing. She did not make me feel badly at all told me to sit down and enjoy my breakfast and she even bought me a fresh waffle I wish I had gotten her name. I know she was from the front desk, but...
