"The hotel is definitely not new and it shows in the little things. The service and quality of the facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions are that it is an older facility. The carpet in the hallways is dated and bears the stains of many high strength cleanings, with bleached out spots. The elevator floors have had the tiles patched with non-matching sealer that makes the floor look worse than a broken tile would look. The wall covering around the elevator controls are in need of replacement, showing many years of guests' dirty hands and attempts to clean the stains left on the walls. Overall, for the rates, I would say it is a good value. Obviously, it's not a luxury hotel, but with a few touches, it could regain the elegance it appears it once had."

"We had a less then enjoyable stay at this property. It is advertised as having a free breakfast but when we asked the front desk attendee they said they do not do free breakfast or any kind of breakfast. However the biggest issue i had was the ac/heater in my room. It was stuck on heat amd it would not turn off! No matter what i tried it stayed on blowing hot air. When i called the front desk they just hung up on me. I would not recommend staying here"
