Thank you to the wonderful staff, who helped us book massages and pool time, and helped us coordinate travel to the train station in Ravenna.」

「Very out dated felt like I was staying at grandmas house. Nice two rooms, beds were hard but not to uncomfortable. Beds were 2 twins pushed together. Both rooms had electricity remote black out shades in both balconies so that was great. Both balconies made it really nice. Overall staff was nice and the place was clean. Great for 1-2 nights.」

「受付スタッフはとても親切＆フレンドリーでした。 ボローニャでのおすすめの観光場所や、近くのスーパーなど丁寧に教えていただきました。駐車場はホテルの敷地内に広く設けられていました。 朝食は今回の旅で宿泊したホテルの中で一番よかったです！ ビュッフェスタイルで、飽きのこないバリエーションでした。 朝食会場でのスタッフもとても親切でした。 ジムもホテル内にあり、私は時間がなく利用はできませんでしたが、十分なマシーンがそろってました。運動したい方にはとてもいい設備だと思います。 １日だけの滞在だったのが残念なぐらい、とてもいいホテルです。 いつかまたボローニャ近郊へ観光に行くことがあればぜひ滞在したいです。」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again」

「Delightful 3☆ hotel in the marvellous village of Brisighella. Daniele and his family made us very welcome. Lovely dual-aspect room with superb views across rooftops to the old clock tower and to the other side of the valley. We enjoyed drinks from the bar and had the best meal of our two weeks in Bologna and Ravenna on the hotel's terrace. There's a sun terrace with amazing views. Plenty of other restaurants and bars in the village, no more than 5 minutes walk. This is reputed to be one of the...
