"We loved this property, but it does need some renovation to the second outdoor swimming pool which wasn’t available. We were also given no warning about The Beach facilities not being available and we were told there was a shuttle service to and from The Beach but this also wasn’t available. "Great place to stay in Bitez. Not the most fancy place in the area but definitely you monies worth. Location is great as you have direct beach access outside of the hotel and loads of restaurants and bars where you can have a chilled drink kust by walking along the beach. The service is really good, the best I had out of all the restaurants in that area. "

"The hotel staff were very miserable and only spoke to us when they had to. The food was ok. We paid for all inclusive which was a joke, the drinks were very limited and served in small plastic cups. There wasn’t any snacks or ice cream. There was only one kind of beer and the wine was disgusting, all other alcoholic drinks had to be paid for. "Excellent from start to finish I loved it The staff so good and polite from the reception to the dinning area and all around the resort The food was so good and fresh and different variety everyday Also the have a burger and pizza place which is opened during the day The pool was so clean and the deck chairs excellent condition My room was cleaned daily I had all inclusive They let me use all the facilities after check out aswell as my flight was later on in the evening I would recommend this And I would definatley book again Once again Thankyou for your hospitality "
