「Great service and good rooms with wifi. Included breakfast was substantial eggs, toast, coffee, fruit, cereals. The manager spoke excellent English and looked after us. We felt welcome, safe and nothing was an issue.」

「Do not book this North Indian Brahmin run place. I didn’t see a single non-upper caste Assamese among the staff. This place doesn’t benefit Kaziranga. Service was also shoddy- no one cleaned our room despite our notice to clean it. There is a management crisis, and the service gets dumped on the lowest human on their hierarchal scale. So the service is delayed. Food menu has no Assamese food and is expensive. They charged us Rs. 500 for 5 papads. Only a couple of service people were good. 」

「We had a lovely stay here. The staff were excellent and looked after us so well. We couldn’t believe how good the food was - just perfect and we certainly put some weight on! We had a couple of trips that the property recommended and we enjoyed them so well. We had a small problem when we were checking out in that they wanted payment in cash which wasn’t made clear on Expedia website but we got it sorted without too much hassle. 」
