Bathtub drain didnt work, took a shower in ankle deep water. They only had soap dispensers and they were empty.. so no soap. Toilet didnt work well.. had to keep flushing it. Maintenance and housekeeping not doing well.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned even once. No fresh towels, bedding, coffee or cups. We were advised breakfast was from 7am to 11am. Went the first day and breakfast buffet was cold. The second day there was no breakfast at all set up. The waitress was good though, very polite. After our second day, we returned to the hotel and our cards were deactivated so we had to go to the front desk to reactivate them. Our room was right next to the pool so we had kids steaming most of the time. Front desk was slow and unapologetic. Overall, a very poor experience. We will seek another place to stay in the future.

Very clean
Overall the hotel is fantastic. It was very clean and great service. For me personally the beds were a little too firm. However, if needed, I would absolutely stay here again

I experienced a car accident that made it impossible to make it to the property in time for my reservation as I was stranded in MT waiting for my car to be fixed. I called the hotel and the reservations line 11 TIMES over the next 12 hours trying to cancel my reservation due to circumstances beyond my control and only once had someone answer the phone (he then hung up on me 10 minutes after putting me on hold). The hotel charged me for the full night's stay and also an additional $25. Holiday Inn and this hotel in particular will never be on my list of places to stay again.
