「Lovely traditional Irish hotel, centrally located to explore Waterford. Staff are wonderful, rooms are well appointed and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. 」

「Location is great! Room was good. Easy to make and get breakfast in the morning. Problem I had was the card machine was broken and not enough cash so inconvenient! Hadn’t paid yet on Expedia so became a problem.」

「The location was amazing for site seeing and close to lots of shops/restaurants and pubs. The bar on site had live music and friendly staff. The bus depo is right across the street and we took it daily to visit other little towns. The room we had was quite small but very clean. There is no fridge but that seems the norm in Ireland. The bed was comfortable BUT the pillows were so thin and hard. Overall a very nice stay 」

「Had I known that the room and where we needed to register were in two separate locations (10 minute walk in the rain) I would not have booked this place. Parking was said to be easily accessible on the street was not true at the time. Other than that, the room was acceptable.」

「The dining room didn't smell so great, very musty. The room was pretty cold, even trying to turn on the heat. The Breakfast was great, the hosts were friendly. A bit of confusion on checking in, she did not seem to have the reservation, but explained the next morning that she had recently changed her email, so went to the junk folder. No problem getting in the room however.」
