"There wasn’t a way to open the window, so the air was stuffy. The staff woke me up at 8:30 in the morning asking me if I needed room service, which I was not impressed with. The man who checked me in last night, August 1, 2026 was extremely helpful and extremely nice. I appreciated him."

"Room was comfortable enough and clean. Neighbors were loud and woke us up several times. Check-in was a nightmare. Took 25 minutes (when we were already in a rush to get ready for a wedding) and the “manager” on duty was on the phone with someone else the whole time (seemingly to figure out how to check us in). We were also charged a $100 deposit that we were not expecting"

"The room was just remodeled so that was ok. The amenities are what upset me. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Its like it was made in the microwave. The pool has way too much chlorine which made my eyes burn after 10 minutes of being in the room. The dining area chairs were all ripped. The biggest issue is its located in the back of a liquor store which seems to be thw hangout spot for alot of people."
