The staff at Vamos Addis are absolutely fantastic, Gethun the manager went above and beyond to assist us when required re restaurants, spas etc , nothing was ever too much trouble. The room did not have the described amount and type of bed. It was meant to have a queen and a king bed. However, as there was only one bed, they put a single bed in the living room after we complained about the discrepancy.

Could be nice but poor customer service. Poor level of English comprehension may be a reason. The staff who don't speak English either avoid or ignore you. This was very frustrating when trying to order vegetarian food and get the broken tv repaired.
