The behavior of the management is extremely bad. We have a train to catch at 7.28am we tried to check out on 7.00am. The management kept us waiting and started arguing for booking room from expedia. And for next time they told us to do bookkng from other site. In bathroom some taps were broken. And the room is not much clean and given with dirty small blanket not enough for two people.

It would be nice if you speed up your check in and check out processes. You should know the rates agreed and not get into a chat with the customer. At the moment, my credit card has been debited twice. I have to watch out for its reversal
