We stayed 1 night at this hotel in May 2024. The Plaza Hotel Bishkek was a good place to stay in Bishkek. It’s directly across from a soccer stadium and also across from a major park. There are many restaurants within walking distance. City center and government buildings are all nearby.

central area with nice restaurant and clubs across the street. No light in the hallway and I thing they recycle the days before french toast so it was rubbery. Staff barged into my room at 830 pm while I was sleeping. they have keys to all the room so I feel one hast to be safe with valuable. good for the price. I am sure if I got sick at the hotel or before i went there but i was miserable

Very good option for Bishkek

Everything was quite pleasant with my stay. Room comfortable and A/C was a nice reprieve from unusually hot June weather. Overall good value.

Apparently there was an issue with the reservation system! When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that none of the rooms we had booked are available. However, on Expedia rooms were still bookable. If you have a problem with your booking system, make at least sure people do not waste their time and money in taxis getting there.

It’s a bit run down with dirty carpets and dusty surface areas. One day elevator didn’t work for a bit. The lobby is shabby. the front desk staff refused to give us second room key without explaining a reason. Breakfast was listed to be free on Expedia, but turned out to be not.

There was a room cleaning service card posted, but it was not done. The sewer smell is very strong. The front desk staff doesn't speak English well. Someday..There was no Americano for breakfast, so I had to drink my own coffee with hot water.

This is the worst place. I stayed in a suite on the 9th floor. 1. The automatic front door to the room was broken, and when I told them it was broken, they gave me a steel key. 2. There is a very strong smell from the bathroom drain throughout the room. 3. The door from the living room to the bedroom locked itself and I was locked in the bedroom for an hour. I notified the hotel that I was moving. An employee came and checked the problem, then removed the door key and left without saying sorry. 4. The front desk staff does not speak English well. I couldn't communicate. I will never use this place again. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Kamer is onhygienisch op zijn best. Geboekt voor drie personen, in een tweepersoonskamer gestoken en gevraagd om een extra bed te betalen. Dat uiteindelijk niet moeten doen, maar het extra 'bed' was een vuile matras op de vloer. Wc zat verstopt. Iemand had overgegeven in de wc en de resten waren nog duidelijk zichtbaar..
