"Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. It has a spacious balcony for the morning coffee. Short walks to everyone, from the train station to the city. Quiet and safe. Very accommodating hosts. "Good communication and 15 minute walk to old town. Very comfortable bed. Didn’t state there was a washing machine which I was very pleased about when I arrived! Cutlery and pans weren’t 100% clean and there is a chopping knife for food missing but apart from that, great little place. Early check out at 9:30 but the host allowed me to stay until 10:00."

"The apartment is convenient even if you don't have a car. It is about a 30-minute walk from the airport, about 15 minutes from the train station, and the bus stop is very close. Apart from the fact that the apartment only has 1 window in one bedroom, it is clean and the owners did not skimp on providing supplies. "This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The property is spread across four separate floors — one for the bed, one for the kitchen, one for the bathroom, and one with just two couches. Constantly having to go up and down stairs for basic tasks made the stay extremely inconvenient and frustrating. You have to call a local number in order to check in. Waited on the line for 10 minutes to finally got checked in. You have to fill out forms online and pay city tax online before check in....
