「Very nice hotel. Good service, tasty breakfast!」

「Very easy to find and plenty of easy parking available. Really warm welcome by the staff. The room was a front facing room which looked over the stray. Very clean, good size, great shower. Breakfast in the amazing restaurant was great. Not a massive choice of everything, but enough not to be left feeling short changed. We would definitely book here again and spend longer in the bar, and have an evening meal in the restaurant. Easy walk into town and very quiet on the night.」

「There was plenty room to park and the staff were welcoming and polite. Having booked a superior room we were disappointed that we had been allocated an attic bedroom with a small very window. Although the room itself was quite large the plaster and paint work was in need of some restoration. The food itself self was too fancy just serve good quality...

「Absolute gem of a place to stay. Gorgeous room with everything you need & so peaceful. The food was really good both for dinner & breakfast. We visited Fountains Abbey which was only 2 miles away. And we could do parkrun with plenty of time to get back before checkout & eat breakfast. Would love to return.」

「Great hotel. Lovely room, nice breakfast and evening meal. Good location, right next to the town」

「Was nice. Breakfast was good」

We also found one of the windows couldn't be open due to it having parcel tape stuck over window and frame. This looked messy and botched. It was a cold room and when we went to turn the radiators on they were filthy with dust and debris in the grills!! We complained to the receptionists who immediately arranged to move us to another...
