「Made very welcome by the reception staff and then later by the restaurant staff . Excellent room with all the usual facilities. Great Hotel handy for the Theatre Royal . Keep up the good work . Only negative side at breakfast no waiting staff to serve tea and coffee . The machine alternative is a poor substitute with many guests struggling to operate the drinks vending machine .」

「Nice welcoming spa/hotel. Room large with plenty of space and amenities. Use of spa ( not treatments) was a welcome bonus, but you need to be out by 10 am and return after 5pm if you are there for a few days if you have the bed and breakfast package only. If you want to stay all day it will cost £70 including a 3 course dinner. Will stay again in the future 😉」

「A very comfortable and relaxed hotel. Clean, well appointed bedroom, friendly, helpful staff. pleasant, if uninspiring breakfasts, well prepared food served in the bar with chef's specials to round out the menu. Parts of the exterior of one wing in need of some cosmetic attention but the rest of the facade of this massive, rambling property not at all bad and the interiors good. Beautiful countryside surroundings as well as attractive golf course. 」
