    "4 stars for an otherwise 5 star property. Rooms are clean, great location - right next to the river and main walking path and main attractions. Enjoyed stay. All good. Staff goofed up at checkin and wrote wrong room number on the key and I ended up waking up the guests who were in other room!. May be a genuine mistake and doesn't happen often. Second issue is that they insisted on informing the desk in person for clean up everyday even though I told them clean everyday. We missed to inform one..."
