「The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet little village, which made the stay very relaxing. It was also conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so it was easy to get food and other necessities. The check-in was a little confusing. A larger or clearer sign would have made the check-in process easier.」

「Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out.」

「Alles war ausgezeichnet.」

During our three-night stay, the shower was not draining properly and the sewage water eventually flooded the bathroom. The entire bathroom floor was covered in dirty water, causing us considerable distress. I unfortunately slipped, hurt my back, and then had to clean up the flooded bathroom myself using a floor towel. We reported the issue as soon as we were able to, and were repeatedly told...

「Location just above the Christmas market. Nice view of the mountain and the market. However, a bit far from the main station ~15 min walk and was noisy due to the market. Room is spacious. Cooking utensils in good condition.」
