「Unfortunately there were several issues during our stay and despite contacting the hotel by email twice in relation to our concerns, they have failed to respond.」

We called the campus security who went quickly but didn't have the information as he didn't received it from the reception staff. The location was far from the bus stops, so the walking was very long and heavy considering the luggage.」
