「Lovely property in general. We have stayed here before and had a great room. This stay our room was not as well maintained, particularly the bathroom. On the plus side it was very clean, but some of the fixtures need to be replaced and the bathroom door needs WD-40.」

「No staff! Was unable to get my codes to enter, ride elevator and get into my room. Finally phoned assistance for help. Room was very nice except for scented sheets!」

「Great establishment - very quiet and seemed well maintained. The room was nice. The location is pretty convenient. Check out the Kitchen Village! The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and pillows were pretty bad too. The air conditioner was obnoxious and would completely turn off and then turn back on ALL night LONG! Overall, I would stay again.」

「The room was as good as the ones in luxury hotels, but I walk with a rollator and it would not fit in the bathroom. The buildings are from 1950 and 1970 and are odd and dated seeming, but interesting in a way. The place is not ADA compliant by any means, and we are handicap, but we managed. The view from the room was wonderful, although with a huge casino in the center of it.」

「There was a storm and they lost power and the temperature was 100 degrees and they did nothing didn't even come to the rooms to see if everyone was ok or anything!!」

「There was a blackout the night before our last day at 8:00pm. Apparently when the blackout happens the water in the room shuts off also. So it was 100 degrees outside and it was like an oven in the room. There was NO running water to take a shower. Also the toilet wouldn’t flush and it stunk in there. The blackout went into the next day so we just packed everything and left af 8:09am. This size Hotel should invest in a back-up generator for these kinda things. A refund would be kinda nice!!」
