With her limited English and our limited French, we explained the situation, she found us a room, arranged for a chef to come in and cook us dinner, found us towels, toiletries etc and generally looked after us really well. We had a fantastic stay and it was very comfortable and relaxing. Strongly recommend. I just wish I had got the receptionist’s name so I could thank her personally here. "
