「We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. Every day was a lovely, relaxing experience - we were well looked after by the best reception team (led by Ikri), fed delicious and healthy meals by Aktar and Ian, greeted...

"We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. The resort is new and modern and very airy providing a truly relaxing atmosphere the moment we stepped off the shuttle bus from the jetty. Staffs were super attentive and provided beyond 5-star customised service to us ensuring our stay was a truly memorable one. Rooms were spacious with a great ocean view; the balcony was comfy. Overall the cleanliness of the resort was good however there were some teething issues like towels availability, replacement of amenities which could be better finetuned. Understandably this is a relatively new resort so these issues could be revolved and improved once the resort operations gain more experience and a bit more training. Thanks to the entire team’s hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay. "
