「We have nothing but positive to say about our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay, Bintan. 「Best Western Premier 的房間都是大套房的格局。即日預訂也能體驗這酒店確實是性價比高，服務很好！職員友善， 常有笑容！ 這次住宿碰巧是我的生日，很晚才到達酒店，這酒店都為我送上驚喜，酒店的職員跟總經理一同送上蛋糕到房間，並唱生日歌為我慶祝，令我有深刻的住宿體驗，實在感動， 還可以延遲退房。 缺點是當地基建發展未發達， 到酒店的途徑不多，不方便， 又不能步行到達， 周邊地區都只能靠車出入， Mega Mall 有免費的接駁巴士接送，但有時間限制。 第一次晚上到達不知道，要打的去酒店， 晚上的的士司機較奸詐，說好價錢上車， 途中不時說服你要加錢，還有籠斷的士市場，grab用戶晚上不能下單， 下了單也被要求取消訂單。只能親身找的士到酒店。 酒店本身包早餐， 自助早餐款式多很好吃！ 可惜只是住了一晚。整體的服務和設施都很好很新淨！ 游泳池設計好漂亮， 環境優美。 這酒店還附有自費的Spa 店， 服務也不錯！ 有機會再來一定會再住這間酒店！」
