「Awesome!」

「Staffs are all friendly and helpful. The room is super clean. The environment is very nice and relaxing, I am sure that I will visit again.」

「Très agréable」

「I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. 「Very close to the beach and the lake but the gym room is really small and no spa in the hotel 」

「Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window.」

「A wonderful hotel with beautiful location, amazing facilities, and friendly service. I hope I can go back soon.」
