「Très bel établissement. Service très bon de la part d'une partie des membres de l'équipe. D'autres sont moins serviables. Gros point négatif qui n'est mentionné nulle part: les chambres avec terasses sont TOUTES communiquantes. Nous avons changé de chambre durant le séjour grâce au personnel attention mais le problème persiste. 」

En cuanto a la recepción, da gusto tratar con ciertos recepcionistas, pero otros estarían mejor en otro trabajo, ya que parece que les debes algo. En nuestro caso, nada más llegar tuvimos muy mala experiencia. Nos habían puesto en la habitación de discapacitados, cuando ni lo somos, ni era lo que...

Wir sind von spanischen Hotels im 4 Sterne Bereich immer ein individuelles Omlett gewöhnt, das gab es leider nicht. Aber das Essen war sehr lecker und für Halbpension all you can drink war super.」

「A beautiful modern hotel with everything you could need. A stunning rooftop bar, spacious rooms, good air conditioning. The pool is nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Massage therapies are good too. Staff are wonderful. Recommended all round!」

「We had a fantastic stay at Son Granot hotel, Miguel, Mario and Ximena and all the staff were so welcoming to us and were happy to help with anything we needed. This is a lovely b&b located just out of a small town (close enough to walk), the pool was perfect for the warm weather!! The room had everything you needed and breakfast was delicious. We also visited the restaurant at the bottom of the drive which was delicious and would recommend (Pulau). We hope to stay here again!」

「Nice place to stay but if you have an issue with the passcode to enter the room, the emergency phone does not work. It happened to us twice.」

「On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.」

「Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out.」
