「Personnel sympa, chambre propre et belles structures ( piscine, restaurant...)」

「On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future.」

En cuanto a la recepción, da gusto tratar con ciertos recepcionistas, pero otros estarían mejor en otro trabajo, ya que parece que les debes algo. 「This is the second time I have stayed here and would definitely stay again. The staff work very hard, always friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I didn't see any member of staff not working, they don't stop. Extremely clean as well. Huge selection of food. I have also used your sister hotel in Cala Galdana which is just as nice. 「Struttura molto bella, la posizione è tranquilla, ma se ci si muove con mezzi pubblici, come nel mio caso, un po' scomoda. Camera e bagno belli, ma l'insonorizzazione è quasi assente ed è stato uno dei difetti principali del viaggio. Inoltre la pulizia delle camere e dei bagni è un po' sommaria. Molto bella la vista sulla pineta che si ha dalle camere sul retro. Aspetto migliore dell'hotel: il ristorante, veramente buono. Non avevo alte aspettative, invece mi ha stupito positivamente.
