"It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash. All these were not communicated when I made the booking. Basically the property is a private one, not related to the hotel. You can't expect a normal hotel experiece, need to figure out how...

8/10 Good

I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am. The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

I thought this hotel would be a lot larger but it’s a small family run place. It’s close to the airport and cost less than 100k vnd for a Grab from the airport and provides a free shuttle when going to the airport. It’s also amazingly quiet for being right on a busy road. The breakfast was just ok. The owners are friendly and helpful and they recommended a basic Pho restaurant two doors down the street which was also good. We plan to stay here again when we are flying in late from Cambodia.

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days and loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They got us appointments to get our eyelashes done and the place was amazing. They helped me call around looking for something at pharmacies and more. The rooms are fantastic with only an area rug under the beds so no icky carpet. When our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night they were great at accomodating a nights stay and getting us into a room early and eazily. I would highly...

10/10 Excellent

This is a small but quaint hotel. It does have an elevator, which is helpful. The air conditioner will take a while to cool down the room. The front desk staff is very helpful in carrying luggage, and info on where to eat. The room is very clean and well maintained. The only thing I did not like is that the shower has no curtain, nor partition from the toilet and sink, so everything gets wet. I had to use an extra towel to dry up the floor and sink counter and toilet. Other than that, it’s a...

This is an amazing stay if you are looking for a comfy place to rest near the airport. I had a very early morning flight and wanted a place to sleep nearby to make sure I didn’t miss it. This place is very conveniently located a short drive from the airport. When I arrived there were immediately people ready to help me bring in my bags and show me to my room, which was comfy and nice. Additionally, they provided a free ride to the airport in the morning, which was lovely. An amazing stay!

The hotel is amazing. Right near the airport with free shuttle service. It’s a brand new hotel with big rooms and comfy beds. Dinner at the restaurant was good. Even had a burger and fries. The proprietor spoke English very well and he helped us book a day tour, and arrange taxis for us. It is much nicer than any other airport hotel in the area. We were happily surprised. I DEFINITELY recommend it. We are from USA.
