"The manager on duty, Basit Khan, was of utmost delight. She helped ease my stress over being down for medical visits at Anschutz. She made me feel really comfortable. The hottub I couldnt get to shut off, the maintenance came down and showed me, even he had a little trouble that was noted in the file. The staff went above and beyond in helping clean up the water and dry the room, the floor, our clothes. They were wonderful. "

"Clean, friendly staff, hot tub was out of service which was a bummer but is what it is. Kiddos had fun in the pool and it seemed cleaner than most hotel pools. Food from the restaurant was really good"
