「Can't say enough about ALL the staff! Seriously, all of them. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate and happily doing it. Suite was appointed beautifully and exceeded our needs. 「Cute little hotel. Perfect location. Very close to Biltmore and reasonably priced. Huge rooms. Very clean. Honestly very surprised on the size of the homeless population in Asheville. Does not reflect the hotel by any means but just something we noticed. 」

「I was only here for one night on business but the TV channel selection was pretty poor. Staff was a bare minimum, I imagine because the Lake was lowered to do maintenance. 」

「This was a wonderful, last minute stay for us. The hotel is fairly new but it exudes a 1920's art deco charm. The food in the hotel restaurant, Lumiosa, is exquisite, and the rooftop bar has three separate patios plus interior climate-controlled seating. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and the bathroom has plenty of shelving space. The staff is outstanding.
