We’ve stayed plenty of times & it’s a family favorite! I just wish they had better, more affordable package deals for paradise pier. Even if you only go in the evening, but pay a full day’s price, & during the week it’s the same as a weekend day. Also, staff is great at all the restaurants, but the menu was very limited & they were out of half the items. We were still satisfied, just didn’t get what we wanted. Only staff that was just a little meh was the front desk….youd think they would be the nicest lol..She refused to do a split payment on two different cards. Just a small inconvenience, but she honestly didn’t even try to resolve it at all.

For starters Our room did not stay cool ,it was kind of humid. The ice machine on our floor did not work and although there is a mini fridge there is no microwave in the room. The restaurants were a little overpriced for the food we received.. also, there was no continental breakfast which we were already aware of but the rate isn’t worth the stay in my honest opinion. Hotel is really for people that have kids .. (this is just my opinion) we also had to pay a resort fee and we’re not able to swim because it was sort of windy. Maybe we picked a bad weekend but it was definitely not worth it and it was a complete waste of money unfortunately

I didnt like the fact that at 3pm they said ny room wasn't ready yet, but if i paid extra 70 something, that it may be ready. I said yes and 2 min later its ready. A way to make money but i guess other than that ok

Everything was first rate. The pool, dining, the room all excellent. The Arcade could use some serious renovations although it could just be it is out of peak season but many rides were down and the claw machine winnings were either impossible or of low quality. Everything else was really exceptional including the staff.

I loved that it was something to do for the WHOLE family....there's really no reason to leave the hotel. My issues are elevators and the mattress becomes unbearable after day 2...OUCH. And parking was a nightmare...especially handicap parking.

Property was nice. Unfortunately I didn’t have a working phone in my room. Staff came and looked at it and informed me IT would fix it the next day and no one ever showed during my 4 day stay. Good amenities to the property and location was good for beach distance. Restaurants can be pricey but overall we went for the waterpark/pool feature and it was nice.

For the price I paid I would like to think the room would be clean and restocked. We had a broken coffee pot and no supplies. The toiletries were not refilled. It took 2 tries to get it right. The towels were like the motel 6 type. The shower had no pressure at times and very little HOT water. Just not what I expected from this chain.

If you like waiting 15 minutes for elevators and being bombarded by screaming children and ghetto people, this is the spot Hotel is really neat, and has great spaces but unfortunately is consumed by 10000 children and ghetto trash. Check in took forever and moved super slow. Staff were friendly though We were never told about the 10Th floor lobby and coffee bar. Try to go to the pool, lol! Heck no. Too many kids and idiots Elevator takes FOREVER and there are not enough of them.

We have stayed here before. We enjoy the convenience of the pool area and the arcade. The only thing i have a HUGE complaint about is the blood stains on the sheets and pillowcase. The beds and pillows are also EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. The stains, uncleanliness makes my overall rating a 1 because that is unexceptable and not being able to relax with a good nohjt sleep while on vacation due to the bed and pillows being so uncomfortable. I'm not saying that we won't stay again. Maybe a night or two. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PLACE IS CLEAN!!
