「Beautiful cottage. Wonderful decor and spotless. Lovely comfy bed and great nights sleep as area so peaceful. Wonderful village main street just 3 mins walk to pubs and lovely eateries.」

「Comfortable, smaller room and bath, had some trouble with electrical. Laid out well for smaller space.」

「Room and kitchen area plus living room are very clean」

「booked two rooms for 3 people and wasnt disappointed on my return visit to this place. Clean and ideally placed for preston city centre. Easy local parking and highly recommended」

「Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!」

「Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward. Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully. The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.」
