「Just an amazing hotel, hotel room and facilities! Thank you to all the staff looking after us. We could not have imagined a more memorable stay. Would love to return !」

「Breakfast was average, room bedsheets seemed not clean , otherwise a ok stay , washroom clean and neat」

「Very well located, so close to the station and near to many restaurants. The rooms are clean and neat. Good place to stay with family. The buffet breakfast had decent options too.」

「Bien」

「Services are not as per charges, no cultural events,no rajasthani touch, ACs does not work if main electricity goes」

「It not so good .. w」

「The lowest temperature today (Jan 11, 2026) in Bikaner was 4 degrees C. As we being seniors we asked for a room heater, previous evening, as there was no central heating. Unfortunately our request was completely ignored. We requested for additional quilt, which was damp when given, so was of no use. We wanted to leave this hotel to another one, but as it was late evening, and we were extremely tired, we had to stay. In the morning both me and my wife, and our senior colleagues couple, got up...

「Property location and environment is excellent .」

「For a small city, the room clean and restaurant was decent.」

「Staff was excellent in service」
