"Amazing property with well behaved and polite staff. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The staff and service is very good and prompt. They provide complimentary hi tea and mehendi. They have private ghat for Gangaji aarti which is very convenient. Overall our stay was very comfortable and highly recommend this property."

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Very friendly staff, great service and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the morning yoga session and loved the fact that we could take a dip in the Ganga right at the hotel. Everything about the hotel is impeccable and we would love to go back and visit again. "Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms because we had booked four rooms there. I don’t think this is value for money. But food is good. Location wise it is also very good but they don’t have river side . "
