"Hotel Staff at very nice and friendly at every place in the hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they gave us a room upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel. Special thanks for guest experience team member Eva she made a beautiful decoration in our room and was pending for every single need we had and was in contact with us all the time. "Location is good. Metro station to Line 1 is within walking distance of about 10 mins from hotel. Just next to the hotel are big shopping malls - Grandview, Parc Central and Tian Cheng etc. There is a nice residential neighbourhood where you can take a walk around to have a feel of how people in Guangzhou live and quaint shops and cafes. One thing lacking in the room is a coffee machine. Breakfast at the hotel is average. Stayed 5 days there but I ate pretty much the same thing every day."
